Payment
Red Cloud trading as Hemp Number One receives payment with VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard and JCB. Payment will only be deducted from your account when the order is made on the website.
All amounts are in GBP and include VAT.
Hemp Number One uses an authorised payment server that encrypts all your card information with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that you can not read your information.
Delivery
Hemp Number One delivers on every weekday, with orders made before 3pm.
First class orders: Delivery time is 1-3 days.
Hemp Number One does not take responsibility for customs fees, customs delays and other customs problems.
Hemp Number One does not take responsibility for delivery times. We post all items promptly but local couriers determine delivery time.
We only ship to United Kingdom (UK).
Complaints
There are 2 years of right of claim under the Purchasing Act. Our right of complaint applies to defects in materials and / or fabrication.
The complaint does not apply to errors or damage caused by improper operation of the product / service.
Hemp Number One will cover return costs to a reasonable extent.

Refund
If a refund has been agreed upon we will refund back to your payment source that was used to pay for goods initially,
Right of withdrawal
CBD Products are not returnable unless they are still in there sealed boxed condition and unopened. Goods must be returned back to us within 14 days to us upon us providing you return instructions.
Return costs must be paid by yourself.
Cancellation must be notified to us no later than 14 after the purchase and from the cancellation, you must return within 14 days of returning the shipment.
The notification shall be given via mail at sales@hempnumberone.co.uk In the message, please let us know clearly that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. You can also choose to use our default cancellation form and send by return.
